Return & Exchange Policy

At AmoureLuxeHairUK, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the fault lies with us.

If you receive an incorrect item, you have up to 10 days from the shipping date to contact us to resolve the issue.

We will inspect the item and, if it meets the following conditions, we may accept the return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Important Notes

  • Items that do not meet these conditions or are outside the 10-day return window cannot be accepted.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of our confirmation.
